Whelp, I officially started my business without first finishing the diss. Oops. I didn't mean to, I just suddenly got three requests and how do I turn them down? I need to keep some word of mouth flowing on the wedding planning boards, so I didn't want any messages posted saying I wasn't taking any orders. Although getting 3 requests in two days also makes me wonder if I'll be able to keep up with demand... I really don't want to be painting aisle runners for 10 hours a day.

Which made my other home business idea sound more appealing... I'd been kicking around the idea of buying a knitting machine and making 16th c knitted jackets. I've wanted a knitting machine for about 15 years now. I wonder if there'd be a market for it? I wonder if the market is big enough to pay for the Silver Reed SK840 that I want... hehe. And would I really want to spend my time at Pennsic merchanting? Hmm. Must think this through.
